Joanne, a Minnesota native, began her career as a CPA with one of the Big Six Accounting Firms in Phoenix, Arizona before relocating to Park City in 1989. Soon after, she transitioned into real estate, leveraging her background in accounting and finance to guide clients through every detail of buying and selling.

In 2005, Joanne became the primary sales agent for Glenwild, a role that gave her extensive experience in golf course communities and in representing high-end custom lots and homes. Since then, she has expanded her expertise across all of Park City’s premier neighborhoods working with buyers and sellers of land, luxury homes, and condos throughout the Wasatch Back.

Beyond her professional work, Joanne has been deeply involved in the Park City community. She has served on multiple HOA, financial, and school boards, as well as the Park City Board of Realtors, where she held two terms as Director and served as the 2023 President. Her dedication to service extends to nonprofit work with St. Mary’s Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, and youth sports organizations.

Joanne and her husband, John- owner of a custom home construction company- raised two children in Park City, both of whom have gone on to successful careers of their own. When she’s not working with clients, Joanne enjoys skate skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and trail running with her border collie, often sharing the path with local wildlife. She’s proud to call Park City home and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
